I have been buying off this site for a few years now and find that Nathalie is extremely helpful and accommodating. She is always happy to give extra information. I am a particular fan of Les Ours and this is the best site for that brand in Europe, with the widest range of the collection.

Les frais d'envoi pour la Belgique ne sont que de 6,99€ (envoi du colis en recommandé avec signature).
Par ailleurs, les frais de port sont gratuits pour les articles des nouvelles collections des Ours et des Filles d'Ailleurs.
